iBilik Hotel @ KLIA 1 KLIA 2 (24 Hours FO & Late Check Out)

Easy check-in, friendly staff, good location next to restaurants, comfortable bed and spacious enough. I rest well.

Why were the pictures and locations different. The actual Name is Swing and Pillow but we got T Mok. The hotel is extremely smelly all over the place, dust all over the room... Even if you pay rm103,what is the point if you can't sleep comfortably with your family. I will definitely lodge a complaint to the Ministry of Tourism and consumer rights about this. We feel like we got scammed. Please don't trust the pictures everything is rubbish there.

Close to the airport

The windowless room was a decent size and the bed comfortable enough, but the service was absolutely terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE unless absolutely necessary. We messaged the hotel on WhatsApp early in the morning for check in, because we were told to do that through booking messaging. We arrived later in the morning and weren’t allowed to check in, so he told us we could go in the room at 15:00. We got back a bit before 15 and the hotel was closed. We kept texting and calling the number provided on booking, and eventually an hour later he came to open the door. We never got a response on WhatsApp. We finally got our room keys and when we got up, there was still someone in our room cleaning. We then received keys to a different room, but I think that room just never got cleaned because there was hair all over the bathroom floor, sink, toilet, drain etc. There also was drilling and hammering and it sounded like it was in our room. The walls are super thin so we kept waking up during the night because it sounded like someone was opening our door. At 7 in the morning the hotel room (and whole floor) got drained by cigarette smoke smell, very gross.. We also took a taxi to the wrong hotel before check in, because the address provided on booking apparently was the wrong address. The price is also relatively high for the location and what you get, we stayed at a different hotel in KL for the exact same price 2 months ago, and it had a big nice room with view, kitchen, bathroom, and the hotel had a rooftop pool etc.

The customer service was excellent! The king bed was enormous and clean.. And the location is very convenient! Definitely a good stay!

For that cheap of a price, everything was perfect

Had an early flight. No time for breakfast. Good shower, internet, movies and air con.

No stairs. Only the elevator.

Very spacious (like advertised), the bed was comfortable and the water pressure is good!

Just so many ants in the room?! When the food is on the table, the ants comes so fast in large number!!

It such anice place . Very unexpected . The build is so nice the lamp amd all so cozy and comfortable its is beyon my expectation , i love the fact tht its easy to park ur car . I definitely will come again .

Everything is ok

It was clean and the restaurant attached served good food.

The place is a death trap. It has no stairs and the only evacuation method is by lift. When I asked the manager what is the escape method in case of fire he said Jump out of a window. The inside rooms have no windows and the split system air conditioner re circulates the same air. There is no fresh air in the whole hotel. I told my friends to leave the hotel early for the airport in case we had a power failure and we could not leave.

The hotel looks new, as it seems to have been recently renovated. It offers comfortable beds and a cooling air conditioning system.

I am very disappointed as the management had confirmed two rooms for me at the end of August 2024. However, upon check-in at the hotel on November 2, 2024, I was informed that only one room was available, which effectively broke their promise. Due to the late hour, four working adults were forced to squeeze into a single family room.

The location is ideal as it wasnt too far from KLIA T1 and T2

The Hotel is slightly under expectations. The Hotel is quite new, however house keeping cleanliness have to be revised and retrained. The room is quite dusty, there are stains on the bed sheets and stains in the toilet bowl/seats as well.

Room was very clean, nicely designed, comfortable bed and pillow, and nice view from the Executive room.Strategic location, close to KIP mall, restaurants, barber, convenience store and most importantly KLIA.

Fan in bathroom did not work but only a very minor thing

They don't change bed sheets and don't clean rooms. We found dirty floors, a disgusting toilet, hair in the shower, and on the bed. We informed reception about this and changed rooms. Unfortunately, the new room was pretty much the same.
